Coach Rich was a national-level 800m and cross country runner in his childhood, however other facets of his life took precedence in his teenage years and into his twenties. In 2011 he got back in the gym and began a journey to become an exceptionally accomplished amateur sportsman.
Rich is a 2.32 marathoner and holds a 4.03 half-Ironman as well as a USPA Skydiving Licence. He is also involved in Scuba & Freediving, surfing, mountaineering, CrossFit and Snowsports, alongside coaching tennis and Triathlon and working as a freelance personal trainer.
Balancing training with everyday life is key to Rich’s philosophy. His absolute focus is helping clients get the very best results out of whatever tools, resource and time they have at their disposal, exemplified through his own achievements whilst working full-time as a Cyber Security professional.
