Sarah took up running after university and ran an impressive 2.53 in her debut marathon in 2022, setting a PB of 2.42 a year later, achieving both results self-coached. As a runner she ranked 41st in Great Britain in 2023 and outside of running has represented Great Britain in the Aquathlon and completed a half-Ironman in sub-5 hours.

Sarah is a qualified PT, working at one of London’s best luxury gyms as the lead trainer. In her previous work in investment management she experienced the challenges with balancing training with anti-social, long hours so understands how best to excel in fitness with a busy, varied schedule.

Sarah believes every run has a reason, whatever it may be, and that the small successes on each training run add up to big performances come race day.
